Adidas® CLIMACOOL® Oscillation M

Just bought the Adidas® CLIMACOOL® Oscillation M

I saw it is described well on the Internet:

“Feel the spring in your stride as you shred mile after mile in the lively – and ever cool – adidas® CLIMACOOL® Oscillation M. A running shoe built for the neutral to under-pronator who requires enhanced cushioning. Open mesh upper for optimal breathability. Leather overlays provide targeted support. CLIMACOOL technology delivers all-around breathability. Contoured heel cup for added comfort and performance. Non-marking rubber outsole for multi-surface grip. Weight: 9 oz ”

After a 5K run with it, some observations:

1. It does feel light and very bendable.  Feels very comfortable when just walking or doing other easy activities.

2. The shoelaces got loose a couple of times during my run.  Will have to figure out a better solution for that.

3. I felt pinching near the front of the foot, near the big toe.  I removed the insole and that relieved it a bit.

4. Without the insoles, there is still a bit of pinch near the big toe later on in the run, but now I wonder whether that is because of the bending action that the shoe allows and is part of the run stress, or whether there is actual tightness.  Will have to observe more.

The price is PHP 3,220 at the Adidas Outlet Store Pampanga.

A4TECH Headset + 2.1 Speakers HSB-500U

Just bought the A4TECH Headset + 2.1 Speakers HSB-500U.  So far, it is working working well.  It is a USB-Audio device but despite this, the volume range is good.

There was no need for drivers on XP.  It ran without any problems.

The control unit has a 3.5mm input jack which accepts the subwoofer, and I have found it can be used to plug in another speaker.
