OSM (open streetmaps) have new contributor terms. They remain free and open. The change improves on the current CC-BY-SA 2.0 changing it to to Open Database License (OdbL) 1.0. Contributors are encouraged to approved and accept the change. Simply login to http://www.openstreetmap.org/user/terms
